SulSoft offers products and services to commercial and educational users in the fields of digital image and signal processing, mainly in the areas of remote sensing and geographical information systems, engineering, medical diagnosis, geophysics, astrophysics, and biochemistry.

     Since 1993, SulSoft is the exclusive Brazilian distributor for ITT Visual Information Solutions (ITT VIS). Core products distributed in Brazil are ENVI (Environment for Visualizing Images) and IDL (Interactive Data Language). Recently Sulsoft entered into an agreement with the Clark university for the distribution of Idrisi and CartaLinx.

     Since end of 2002, parallel to the distribution of image processing software in the territory of Brazil, SulSoft develops and exports software for the orthorectifion and DEM extraction of air borne and space borne sensors.

    Based in Porto Alegre, in the south of Brazil, SulSoft is being managed by Michael Steinmayer, founder and executive director.
